FIT introduces a new post deployment project, “Stories from the field: A visual series”
With a new side project we take you back in time to our collaboration with Pakistani partners on a storytelling-focused community resilience project piloted in Sindh and Gilgit-Baltistan provinces in 2014 & 2015. Here is the first of the three initial “Stories from the Field: Visual Series“. Working virtually in Pakistan through a partnership with the Aga Khan Development Network, FIT created the Story Troubadours for Disaster Resilience workshop model. Using storytelling as a low-tech solution to enable communities plagued by frequent disasters, individuals can learn from each other, build stronger community connections, and prepare for future disasters.
